We, the Citizens of the United States, petition President Joe Biden to review the integrity of the 2024 general election and investigate anomalies and potential unlawful actions benefiting candidate Donald Trump. Petitioners, eligible voters committed to democracy, raise these points:

During the 2024 campaign and after voting, Trump expressed his clear intent to be a dictator and seek retribution against political opponents. The Heritage Foundation’s “Project 2025” outlines a plan to restructure the USA government, inconsistent with democratic norms. No constitutional basis exists for dismantling our democracy, as Project 2025 proscribes. Trump's intentions conflict with the Presidential Oath of Office to “preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution” (U.S. Constitution, Article II, Section 1, Clause 8). Since he will not take the Oath in a meaningful way, he cannot be allowed to do so.

Further, Article 4, Sec. 4, aka “Guarantee Clause” protects the States from invasion and domestic violence, to guarantee us a republican (small ‘r’) form of government.  Therefore, Potus Biden must throw out the stolen election. 

President Biden, as Commander-in-Chief, must protect democratic systems and prevent unconstitutional power shifts. Immediate action is vital to safeguard the Republic and uphold the Constitution for future generations. The 14th Amendment, Sec. 3, bars individuals involved in insurrection or aiding enemies from holding office, which is crucial for governmental integrity.

We petition President Biden to use his Emergency powers to suspend election results, halt the transfer of power,  postpone the inauguration, and launch an investigation, announcing this by 8 am, Friday, Nov. 29th (aka “Black Friday”). If this action is not taken, a national general strike will commence until constitutional demands are met.
